Terms of Service

These terms govern Nova Core, a private personal project designed for a single owner.

1. Personal use

Nova is intended only for lawful personal productivity use. It is not offered as a public service and may not be used to provide unrelated third parties with access.

2. What Nova provides

Nova receives requests from its owner, helps keep track of useful information, and returns responses by email. Features may change as the private project develops.

3. Google authorization

Nova requests gmail.modify to receive requests, organize related messages, and send responses. The owner may revoke this permission at any time through Google Account controls.

4. Responsible use

Nova may not be used for spam, deceptive messages, unauthorized access, evasion of service limits or security controls, illegal activity, or infringement of third-party rights.

5. Owner responsibility

The owner is responsible for protecting the Google account, authorization credentials, devices, and recovery information used with Nova, and for revoking access if compromise is suspected.

6. Availability

Nova is provided on an as-is and as-available basis for personal use. Internet access, third-party services, and the owner's equipment can affect availability.

7. Ending use

The owner may stop using Nova at any time and revoke Google access. Use should be suspended immediately if unauthorized access is suspected or continued use would violate law or policy.
